Workflow enables administrators to decide when attendance, behaviour and assessment reports are made available to learners and parents, giving them control over the flow of information in their schools.
Administrators can decide who approves reports in itslearning – for example, the class teacher, mentor or headteacher. This enables them to control when reports are made visible.
Let’s use attendance as an example. In itslearning, there are three approval stages for attendance reports:
