Project-based learning has proven successful for many years – now it hits the 21st century with itslearning project spaces.
In itslearning, a project is a closed area that project participants can use to collaborate and exchange information. Teachers and learners can all use project spaces to share ideas and produce joint work based on a specific subject.
Create your own content
Project spaces are made up of a main landing page and any number of sub pages. Most team project members can edit pages, and add or remove content, on all pages in the project space.
Perfect for study groups
Most itslearning users can create projects, and invite team members to join. Project spaces are private, so learners can set up projects that no teachers have access to, for example, as a project space for an arts group or sports club.
Project spaces are also perfect for study groups. Groups of learners can create their own private space, choose roles and invite others to participate. They can also communicate with other project members through the internal message system, and create project discussions.
Added security
Although project spaces are essentially private, they can be surveyed by an administrator if the administrator suspects that the project is being used for unwanted activities.
