itslearning's powerful internal messaging system gives teachers and students the opportunity to communicate in a secure environment.

Teachers and students can use the internal message system to send messages without leaving their itslearning site. It can be used to send messages to individuals, groups, classes or project teams. Users receive new messages as soon as they log in. If they are already logged in, they are notified of new messages by an icon in the top menu or by a sound alert.

A secure email system

In many ways, the itslearning messaging system is similar to email. But it differs in a number of ways: it can only be used within a itslearning site, and you cannot send or receive messages from other message systems or e-mail accounts.
