To serve our Fronter customers, we are implementing the same support procedures that have been a success in itslearning, as evidenced by superior satisfaction levels. These include a high focus on:
- the timing of the first reply to support requests
- the quality of the first reply
- the timely resolution of all support issues
By the second quarter of 2016, Fronter and itslearning staff will be using the same modern support system and following the same well proven-support procedures. Together we form a stronger team of more than 20 experienced support agents.
