At Fronter we have been working for 19 years to create the best tool for teachers and students. Throughout all these years we have always wanted to give our customers the best service and help they could get.
That's why we have a great new support portal where administrators can have their problems resolved and Fronter homepages filled with resources free for everyone. We are also present in social media to stay in touch with our users.
Following the merger of Fronter and itslearning, one of our major tasks has been to ensure that all customers get the best support possible. That's why we choose to use Freshdesk as our ticket management system. Freshdesk is easy to use and looks good! We also have a Fronter help site, where you can get the answer to frequently asked questions.
Knowledge base and downloads
Under the support tab on our homepage, you will find the knowledge base where we have self-help articles on how to do a range of task in Fronter. You will also find the downloads section, where you can get various kind of documentation and technical resources.
The Fronter blog feature user stories and other relevant resources to inspire your work with Fronter. One example is the story about how they use Fronter at Woodridge Primary School, where the pupils use Fronter like pros.
Fronter has a great YouTube channel where you can find instructional videos, user stories, news, and recordings of webinars from all our subsidiaries.
