Norwegian ed-tech companies are very successful internationally and reach more than 60 million users worldwide. William Mercer, a British entrepreneur points to the Norwegian culture of cooperation and community as a success factor.
Many Norwegian companies showcased their solution at the Norwegian pavilion at BETT 2017. Among those were Kikora and Creaza, who are partners with Fronter. The two Norwegian companies was recently featured in Aftenposten, Norways largest newspaper after visiting BETT.
Kikora is a leading digital workbook, checking how students solve math problems line by line. With Kikora, students can work at their own pace while the teachers have more time to prepare and personalize teaching. By November 2016, one hundred million task have been corrected with Kikora.
Creaza is a collection of tools to present ideas and knowledge in fun and creative ways. With Creaza you can edit audio and video, and create cartoons and mind maps.
