Advanced file management keeps your data safe and protects your school from viruses.
Versioning control ensures you never lose a previous version of file – no matter how many times it gets changed and how many different users edit it.
itslearning keeps a copy of all the files users create. By default, when a user clicks on a file, itslearning recovers the most recent version. But the most recent version isn’t always the one people want, so itslearning enables you to see an overview of all the previous versions of a file – including the name of the person who created it and the date it was created. You can then choose which version of the file you want to view.
Administrators can select which files users are allowed to open from itslearning. This enables them to deselect file types that may contain viruses, such as .exe files and .pif files.
