Keep all your courses on file – and re-use all or part of them at any time – without cluttering your workspace.
Many teachers save time and effort by re-using courses from year to year. The archive allows them to do just that. The archive keeps a copy of the finished course on file that teachers can open and clone. They can then remove ‘old’ participants, assignment answers and other year-specific details, and add new participants for the new term.
Some schools or institutions create courses for teachers with the participants pre-populated. As a result, teachers can’t re-use old courses from the archive directly. But they can import content directly to the new course from an archived course – removing the need to re-create the course from scratch.
