itslearning consists of a number of different features which are especially tailored for the education sector. This page describes the most important functionality. Click the links below for more information, video tutorials and resources.
itslearning helps teachers keep track of their students' behaviour – both good and bad.
The behaviour tool helps teachers and mentors keep track of student behaviour – both positive and negative. When a subject teacher adds a comment next to the student's name in the behaviour tool, the mentor's student overview is automatically updated. This means the subject teacher only has to make a note of the incident once, and the mentor is always up to date. Learners can follow their own behaviour record on their status and follow-up page.
Teachers and mentors can use a point-based or icon-based system for weighting behaviour. If points are used, the highest number indicates the best behaviour; while icons indicate either good or bad behaviour. The term ‘behaviour’ can also be changed in the itslearning system.
