The introduction of the web and technology are transforming the world. Today, we can connect to people who live far from us, and can even learn details about their daily lives in an instant, even though they live in places we may never visit. What new opportunities and challenges might the world deliver to the children who attend our schools? To prepare them for their futures, we must design learning environments that encourage flexible thinking, creative collaboration, and support our students’ natural wonder and curiosity about the world. What can we do to support teachers, so they can create flexible and active learning opportunities?

The rate of change in the world calls for advancing our teaching practices. Successful change process in any organization depends on motivating the people making the change happen. Regardless of the changes in the world around us, the principles of human motivation have remained the same. When it comes to teachers adopting new roles or using itslearning/Fronter in everyday work, their motivation to do that is essential. What needs to be taken into account when motivating teachers to take the first steps in the change process? What are the drivers behind success in the long run? How to help schools and educational institutions excel and achieve quick wins with itslearning and Fronter.
